- Willingness to work in various environments inclusive of production floors, warehouses, engineering and assembly areas and supplier sites. Will be exposed to possible hazards including high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic (about 70% of time working outside)
- University degree
- Fluent in English is a must
- Autonomous, know how to identify priorities and how to analyze problems to solve them
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)
- Basic Company’s product knowledge
- SAP process knowledge
- Experience in work with international environment would be an advantage
İş barədə məlumat:
- Responsible for checking project material availability and report status to project
- Call-off project requirements for equipment, spare parts and consumables
- Responsible for coordination and follow-up of all actions related to project material requirements
- Related to project deliveries, mobilization and backload to/from vessels, facility & offsite locations.
- Take personal ownership of the movements of all project owned equipment
- Responsible for keeping accurate records of the equipment and spare part inventory offshore and onshore
- Coordination and follow-up with FTC Supply Chain department to assure on time delivery for project and rig requirements for equipment, spare parts, or consumables
- Register project equipment into SAP
- Create MMT & maintain accurate location of project equipment
- Request pricing from Procurement if materials are not already in price-list
- Liaise with customer logistics department
- Completion of Company documents for all project related goods required to leave base
- Receive, review, action and file load out lists and create offshore shipping manifests
- Receive need lists from FSC for all spares & consumables in support of operations
- Owner of offsite/offshore spares, consumables and equipment tracker
- Create demands within Service Orders for spares required for MMRS activities
- Represent materials & logistics function at project & customer meetings
- Setup and monitor min/max spares levels,
- Create SAP quotations & Sales Orders from min/max levels. Coordinate sign off by Company
- Complete load out walkabout prior to sending documentation to Company logistics ensuring that all baskets are correctly color coded, slings/shackles and safety pins are in good order and baskets are within inspection date
- Take photographs during load out walkabout. Ensure photographs are saved to project file key index
- Ensure Review all pre-alerts and check for accuracy
- Provide input to base weekly report in a timely manner
- Work time: 5 days a week, 08:00-17:00
